Error logging in through facebook

Ok, So, here is the deal. I was able to log in through facebook awhile back. I redownload the game after I got a newer phone with bigger memory. Now, its saying that the game is in development and I need permission to log in through facebook. I really dont want to restart the game and lose all my progress and money that I put into it. Is there any way I can get this fixed?
