4 star reeper card and 3 star withstand card

im waiting and checking every day the vip shop but it have been 1 week and i havent see those cards in vip shop.
Are there only available in day rewards(exept from pack decks) because i have seen those as day rewards?

They are available only via the rewards whenever you purchase x amount of diamonds sadly.

However in the future they may be released to the public once a new set of cards comes in.

eg. Summer Time used to be reward only but is now available in shop and from boosters.
